Meet Us

We are mother and daughter with a passion to provide integrative healing therapies. We both share backgrounds in healthcare, and we believe in the importance of incorporating complementary health therapies together with standard medical care to support overall well-being. Integrative and holistic health honors the mind, body, and spirit, which are not separate entities, but interconnected.

We share a commitment to consent-based, clinically informed, and supportive practices; creating a peaceful, grounded environment where clients can slow down, reconnect, and feel confident in the care they receive.

LMT, Reiki Master

I have worked as a dental hygienist for over twenty years. After the loss of my sister I decided to go to massage therapy school to help heal my mind and soul. In 2016, I graduated from Minnesota State College in Winona. I continued to work as a dental hygienist along with doing massage therapy very part time. I have since left the dental field and I am now focusing on massage and Reiki.

I learned first hand that physical conditions often have an emotional component. My own grief and trauma manifested into anxiety and chronic pain, which led me on a journey to discover the importance of other complementary health therapies. On this journey, I also became interested in learning about forms of energy healing and received my Reiki master attunement and certification.

I am passionate about holistic health and wellness and hold the strong belief that our body has an inherent ability to heal itself when given the right tools in a supportive, healing environment. It is important to not overlook how stress, injury, and daily demands can impact the whole self.

My goal is to provide a space where you feel informed, supported, and confident in the care you receive.

RN, BSN, Reiki Practitioner

I followed in my mother’s footsteps and pursued a career in healthcare. I graduated from Western Technical College in 2020 with my registered nurse degree and in 2022 graduated from Viterbo University with my Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree.

As a registered nurse I have experience in surgical, oncology, hospice/palliative care, and emergency services.

Working as a RN I have discovered a passion for preventative and patient informed care. Traditional medicine can fall short in caring for the whole individual and I believe in the use of complementary therapies to help bridge the gap.

In my work it has become apparent to me that our body can hold onto energy that can become stagnant and manifest into illness. For this reason, it is imperative to not only prioritize physical health, but also one’s mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

My approach to Reiki is informed from a clinical understanding while honoring Reiki as a complementary practice focused on relaxation, balance, and nervous system support. â€‹

With my experience in hospice and oncology nursing, I have a passion with helping individuals transitioning from this life to the next. The gentle energy and touch of Reiki can be very calming and comforting during this sensitive time.
