Soul Sisters Healing provides massage therapy and energy-based services, including Reiki, for relaxation, stress reduction, and overall wellness.

All services are non-medical and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

2. Client Responsibility & Health Disclosure

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health conditions prior to each session, including but not limited to:

  • Injuries

  • Surgeries

  • Pregnancy

  • Chronic illness

  • Medications

Failure to disclose health information may limit the effectiveness or safety of the session.

3. No Medical Advice

Massage and Reiki services are complementary wellness practices and do not replace medical care. Clients should seek professional medical advice for health concerns.

4. Booking, Payment & Cancellations

  • Appointments are booked online.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

5. Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a reduction in price, to respect other scheduled clients.

6. Consent & Professional Boundaries

All services are strictly professional. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.

Client consent is required before each session and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Results Disclaimer

Results from massage and Reiki vary by individual. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Soul Sisters Healing is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from services rendered, except in cases of gross negligence.

Clients accept full responsibility for their participation in services.
